Heroes Creators At Wizard World L.A.!
Writers and producers from Heroes appeared today at the Wizard World convention in Los Angeles, California.

Here are some details from the event:

- Someone asked if Mohinder would live or die. No one would answer, though Jesse Alexander's small son shook his head "no." (Really, he doesn't know)

- A collection of the online Heroes comics may be coming. Expect announcements at the San Diego Comic Con International. In addition, a big Heroes presence is expected for Comic Con.

- The producers are hoping to release the Season 1 DVD in both HD-DVD and regular DVD. In addition, the DVD will include some exclusive scenes filmed for the DVD that will take place in moments following the season finale.

- The DVD will also include the 72-minute "Tim Kring cut" of the series pilot as shown at Comic-Con last year. The deal has just been finalized.

- An original Heroes novel titled "Saving Charlie" is in the works. Stay tuned for more details.

- It was confirmed that the "de-gaying of Zach" was indeed the demand of Thomas Dekker's management.

- Michael Green stirred the pot by suggesting that Niki might have a third personality.

- The implication was made asking "what would happen if someone had Isaac's powers and is doing the painting?" Could this mean that his powers may be taken by Sylar? Stay tuned...

- Episode #20 will be another "break-away" episode much like "Company Man" and "Six Months Ago."

- They are aware that Ando (James Kyson Lee) has a big fan following.

- We will see more of Linderman in episode #19.

- We may see George Takei (Mr. Nakamura) again before season's end.

- Those of you wanting your own original "Mendez" should stay tuned to NBC.com, where some artwork will be auctioned for the Pediatric Epilepsy Foundation.

- There are no plans at the moment for a Heroes spin-off.

- Not everyone will make it to Season Two.

In attendance at the convention were Tim Kring, Jeph Loeb, Aron Coleite, Joe Pokaski, Michael Green, Jesse Alexander, Bryan Fuller, Tim Sale, Adam Armus, and Kay Foster. Scheduled to appear at the con signing autographs on Sunday will be Zachary Quinto, Greg Grunberg, and James Kyson Lee.

Stay tuned for more details and photos!
