Character Biography: Eden (birth name: Sarah Ellis) was raised in an abusive household by her father and step-mother. Her father abandoned them when she was still a child. Eden believed that everything was her fault and became very withdrawn, seldom speaking. Her step-mother also blamed her, and mistreated her for it.

The abuse continued into Eden's adolescence until the day she stood up to her step-mother. On this particular day, Eden told her step-mother, "I wish you'd just die!!!" and she did exactly that. With this newfound power, she skipped town and coerced passers-by into driving her west.

It was here when a young, lost girl would become "Eden McCain" and turn to using her power for her own benefit. Roughly six months prior to her death, while using her powers to commit crimes, Eden was neutralized by The Haitian, and captured by Mr. Bennet (HRG). She was persuaded into joining their organization, although it seemed that she had no choice.

At some point after Chandra Suresh's arrival to New York City, Eden was planted by the organization as Chandra's next-door neighbor. The motives for this are still unclear. However, Chandra Suresh's untimely death was surely not part of their plan.

Shortly after his father's death, Mohinder Suresh arrived in New York, eventually meeting Eden (all the while under her next-door neighbor guise). Eden used this opportunity to move in on a very unsuspecting Mohinder. She would continue to use Mohinder as her pawn until his departure back to India.

Shortly thereafter, Eden would be instructed by HRG to ascertain Isaac Mendez, and bring him to Odessa, TX. Isaac would play a crucial part in tracking down the serial killer known as "Sylar" and preventing him from killing HRG's daughter, Claire Bennet.

After the Haitian and Eden used their powers to neutralize Sylar, Eden foolishly undermined HRG, and attempted using her power to command Sylar to commit suicide. Sadly, she failed, and this ultimately led to her death. Eden was very brave, and committed suicide before Sylar could obtain her powers.

Actor Biography: Nora Zehetner was born on February 5, 1981 in El Paso, Texas. She moved to Dallas at the age of 14 to attend highschool. She began her acting career appearing in an episode of Gilmore Girls (2000) and in her first movie, Tart, in 2001.

Prior to her role in Heroes, Zehetner was probably best known for her role as Laynie Hart in The WB's Everwood, in which she guest-starred 12 episodes.

In 2007, Zehetner will be starring in the horror flick Beneath, and the comedy Remarkable Power.
