Character Biography: Claude is a man who has been dealing with the power of invisibility for quite a time. He will become somewhat of a mentor for Peter. (See spoilers)

Claude first appeared to Peter in dreams predicting the New York explosion. Later, he and Peter met in reality.

Actor Biography: Christopher Eccleston is a British actor perhaps best known to American audiences for his roles in the movies Shallow Grave and 28 Days Later and in the popular U.K. science fiction series Doctor Who. Eccleston was the ninth actor to play the Doctor, and he was the first actor to play the Doctor in a regular weekly series since 1989. Eccleston stepped down from the role after one season and the character of The Doctor "regenerated" into David Tennant.

Eccleston is also known in the U.K. for his performance in The Second Coming (playing the "son of God") and a recurring role on Cracker. He has also appeared in dozens of movies, stage, and television productions, including Elizabeth and Gone In 60 Seconds. He has been nominated for and won several awards for his television work, and was nominated for a Golden Satellite Award for his role in the film Jude.
